These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website jalu.global and the purchase of products from Jalù Global ("Jalù Global", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Our products — "inspired by" fragrances Our fragrances are original compositions created by or for Jalù Global and are inspired by well‑known designer and niche perfumes. They are not the original products, are not replicas or counterfeits, and are not produced, endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to the brands or houses referenced. All brand names, trademarks, and product names mentioned on our website belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive and comparative purposes only, to help you identify the scent profile a fragrance is inspired by. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied. Scent is subjective and our interpretations may differ from the fragrances that inspired them.

4. Fragrance notes and descriptions Fragrance note pyramids and scent descriptions are provided for guidance and are compiled from publicly available information. They describe the character a fragrance is inspired by and may not exactly match your personal experience of the product.

5. Product information, pricing, and availability We take care to describe and price our products accurately, but errors may occur. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities.

6. Orders and acceptance Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or a pricing error.

7. Payment Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

8. Shipping and returns Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

9. Fragrance safety and allergens Fragrances are for external use only and must not be ingested. They may contain ingredients that can cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. We recommend performing a patch test before full use, keeping products away from eyes, broken skin, flames, and heat, and storing them out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. It is your responsibility to check ingredient suitability if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

10. Intellectual property All content on jalu.global — including text, logos, graphics, images, and the "Jalù" name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Jalù Global and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use You agree not to use our website unlawfully, to introduce malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access, or to misuse the site in any way that could damage or impair it.

12. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jalù Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Indemnity You agree to indemnify Jalù Global against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our website or products.

14. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer‑protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

15. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
