Shipping policy

At Jalu Global, we proudly ship our luxury fragrances worldwide. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–6 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During promotional periods, product launches or peak seasons, processing times may be extended. Should there be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

If we are unable to ship to your location due to carrier restrictions or Dangerous Goods regulations, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and order weight.

All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD).


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for guidance only and commence once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Airline or carrier delays
  • Dangerous Goods handling requirements
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Security inspections
  • Industrial action or strikes

Jalu Global is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers.


Dangerous Goods Shipping

Our fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) for transportation.

All shipments are packed and transported in accordance with applicable Dangerous Goods regulations.

Certain countries, airlines or courier networks may impose restrictions or additional transit requirements for fragrance shipments. If these restrictions prevent shipment, we will contact you to discuss available options.


Customs, Duties, VAT & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, disbursement fees or other government-imposed charges.

Duties and taxes may be collected at checkout, where available.

Where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, they remain the responsibility of the customer and may be payable before delivery.

Customers are solely responsible for complying with all customs requirements in their destination country. This includes providing any documentation, proof of purchase, identification or information requested by customs authorities or the courier to facilitate customs clearance.

Failure to provide the requested information may result in shipment delays, additional charges, return of the shipment or destruction of the goods in accordance with local customs regulations.

Jalu Global accepts no responsibility for customs delays or charges imposed by destination authorities.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (where available).

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

Jalu Global is not responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses
  • incomplete addresses
  • failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate customer information

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, all reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


Refused, Unclaimed or Abandoned Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • refused
  • abandoned
  • unclaimed
  • returned due to unpaid customs duties
  • returned due to unpaid taxes
  • returned due to unpaid brokerage fees
  • returned due to failure to provide customs documentation
  • returned due to failure to accept delivery

the customer remains responsible for all costs incurred. These costs may include:

  • return freight
  • Dangerous Goods handling fees
  • customs charges
  • brokerage fees
  • carrier administration fees
  • storage fees
  • disposal fees
  • government charges

These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund. Where these charges exceed the value of the order, no refund will be issued.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the parcel
  • photographs of the damaged item(s)

Jalu Global will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be declined.
